Why is it Important?

Women’s equality means equal pay for equal work. However, in the game of life, unequal pay is cheating women. Take a closer look at how far we have to go and hear why this story has a personal connection to my own story. When women lose, children lose. Unequal pay isn’t just a number. It echos the experiences of countless women in our country. And closing the gap would mean a brighter tomorrow for all of us.
